Absolutely! We are fully insured. We carry full business liability insurance up to $2,000,000 as well as WSIB coverage on all of our employees. 

We clean ground-level windows by hand using the traditional squeegee method with eco-friendly soap. For above-ground window cleaning, we use an advanced state-of-the-art three-stage water purification system that involves telescopic water-fed poles. We then detail each window using microfiber cloths and scrappers for any stubborn debris. Please see our Instagram page for a video tutorial. 

We will clean the screens at no extra charge for any job that involves cleaning the interior windows. For exterior-only jobs, screen cleaning is available for an extra fee.  

When cleaning interior windows, we provide a complimentary superficial clean of the tracks. Detailed cleaning of the tracks is available for an extra fee. 

For residential windows, we recommend at minimum having your windows cleaned twice per year (spring/fall, or summer/late fall). Some customers prefer to have their windows cleaned three times per year (spring/summer/fall) based on local factors. For commercial storefront windows, we recommend having them cleaned monthly.
